Divisions of AID Bank

The day to day organizational structure includes a General Manager/Consultant. The Executive Manager Corporate Affairs is responsible for Funding and the Management Information System, Industrial Estate, Special Projects and Communications and Legal Units. The Executive Manager Credit Operations is responsible for Credit, Securities and Recoveries. Senior Managers head the Finance, MIS and HR Divisions. The Manager Industrial Estate Unit is directly responsible for the Industrial Estates which are now owned by the Bank. The Bank has a staff complement of about 38 persons.
