Divisions of AID Bank

The day to day organizational structure includes a General Manager and a Deputy General Manager. The Deputy General Manager is head of the Corporate Services Division and is responsible for the Management Information System, Human Resource Management and Strategic Planning. Other heads of Divisions are the Manager Investments who is responsible for lending, the Manager Recoveries who is responsible for collections, the Manager Finance who is responsible for accounting and finance and the Legal Counsel who is responsible for all legal work. The Bank has a management contract with the Government of Dominica for the administration of its Industrial Estates and the Manager, Industrial Estates Unit is responsible for this function. The Bank has a staff complement of 38 persons.
