Divisions of AID Bank
The day to day organizational structure includes a General Manager/Consultant. The Executive Manager Corporate Affairs is responsible for the Management Information System, Human Resource Management and Strategic Planning. The Executive Manager Credit Operations is responsible for Credit and Recoveries. Senior Managers head the Finance, MIS and HR Divisions and the Legal Counsel is responsible for all legal work. The Bank has a management contract with the Government of Dominica for the administration of its Industrial Estates and the Manager, Industrial Estates Unit is responsible for this function. The Bank has a staff complement of about 38 persons.
