Mr.
Martin Charles (Chairman):
An insurance specialist at CLICO International Life Insurance Limited, Mr. Charles has been a Director from March 8, 2000 and Deputy Director from 9th March, 2010. He was first appointed Chairman of the AID Bank from 19th April, 2012 and re-appointed to this position effective 19th December, 2012. He is currently pursuing an MBA with Leicester University.

Mr. Simpson Gregoire was first appointed to the Directorshipof the AID Bank from 9th March, 2010. He holds a MSc in Financial Management and a BSc in Managerial Accounting. Currently, Mr. Gregoire is the Senior Accountant with Campbells Business Machines. Prior to this, he was the Professional Manager of Multifamily Operations at Fannie Mae in Washington DC.

Mr. Leon Leblanc is the owner and Manager of Lericon Printers Limited. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and has been a Director of the AID Bank since 9th March, 2000.
Mr. Hubert Joseph (Director):
Mr. Hubert Joseph is a former civil servant. He is also a businessman of several years and owns and manages Flossie Joseph and Company Limited, as well as Hubert Joseph Construction, Agricultural Farms and Properties. Mr. Joseph was appointed to the AID Bank Board from 9th March, 2000.

Mr. Colbert Pinard is currently the Assistant Youth Development Officer, with the Youth Division. He was appointed as a Director of the AID Bank Board effective 9th March, 2009..
Ms. Denise A. Charles (Director):
Miss Denise A. Charles has been a Director on the AID Bank Board from 1st September, 2010. She has a BSc in Accounting and a MBA. Miss Charles is currently employed as the Human Resource Manager at Petro Caribe (Dominica) Ltd. Prior to this, she worked with several institutions in the US and St. Lucia in the positions of Financial Controller and Director of Administration; and Financial and Accounting Analyst.
Mrs. Evannah Emanuel (Director):
Mrs. Evannah Emanuel was appointed to serve as a Director on the AID Bank Board from 19th April, 2012. She has extensive banking experience which spans over a period of twenty-six years. Mrs. Emanuel has also worked as a Senior Manager in the areas of Operations, Customer Service and Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing post-graduate studies in Organizational Psychology with the University of London.

Helen Pascal (Director):
Ms. Helen Pascal is the newest member to the AID Bank Board of Directors. She was appointed to the position effective 19th December, 2012.Ms. Pascal is a former Bank Manager with experience in Corporate, Small Business and Retail Banking, Sales, Credit Adjudication, Management of Impaired Connections and Staff Training. She currently serves as the Administrative Manager at P.H. Williams and Co. Ltd. Miss Pascal holds Banking Certificates from the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK).

Divisions of AID Bank
The day to day organizational structure includes a General Manager/Consultant. The Executive Manager Corporate Affairs is responsible for Funding and the Management Information System, Industrial Estate, Special Projects and Communications and Legal Units. The Executive Manager Credit Operations is responsible for Credit, Securities and Recoveries. Senior Managers head the Finance, MIS and HR Divisions. The Manager Industrial Estate Unit is directly responsible for the Industrial Estates which are now owned by the Bank. The Bank has a staff complement of about 38 persons.
