    We are opened from 8am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Friday

    The bank offers loans for Agriculture, Manufacturing, Tourism Services, Commerce, Housing, Land Purchase, Working Capital, Education and Personal.

    Yes, however any form of collateral must be Dominica.

  7. The ATM machine is not working, can you help?
    The ATM machine located on the banks premises is that of the National Bank of DOminica. Any faults or enquiries should be forwarded to them.

  8. Do you facilitate foreign exchange?
    No we do not do foreign exchange, however we do accept loan payments in foreign currency.

  9. What is the age requirement for loans?
    Age limit for loans is 18-70 years.

    At present we do not accept card payments.

    No, the bank stays open to failitate our customers during lunch.

  12. How is the interest on loans calculated?
    Interest is calculated on the reducing balance of all loans and added daily.

  13. If I close my loan early are there any penalties?
    Usually no penalty exist. In the case of mortgage loans, where a penalty for early closure exist this is brought to the attention of the customer at the time of application.
