The Bank finances Hotel and Guest-House development, including:

1. the purchase and erection of buildings, furnishings, machinery and equipment;
2. the provision of recreational activities;
3. restaurants and bars;
4. ground tour services;
5. tour coaches/buses and taxis;
6. heritage and site attractions;
7. parks and zoos;
8. night clubs and dinner theatre shows;
9. car, bicycle and motor scooter rentals;
10. arts and crafts shops;
11. water sports, including boats, yachts and other pleasure craft;
12. nature walks and trails, botanical gardens and spas; and
13. Other services.

The Bank may include working capital financing as part of its overall financing of projects.
