The main functions of the Corporate Services Division
- managing the Management Information Systems Unit to ensure the smooth functioning of the Computer Network;
- ensuring use of appropriate technology to deliver information and user friendly reports to staff and our customers;
- ensuring the maintenance of computer hardware and software;
- ensuring that the Web-site is developed and maintained;
- supervising the management of all Human Resource matters at the Bank;
- developing and reviewing new and existing human resource management policies;
- ensuring that respective line managers are advised on human resource management issues;
- participating in negotiations with the representative unions;
- coordinating the development of the Strategic and Annual Corporate Plan;
- analysing and reporting on economic issues having an influence on AID Bank’s activities and risk exposure;
- conducting of ongoing economic and market research and analysis to inform the Bank’s strategic directions, investment, project financing activities and product development processes research and knowledge management.
