- Managing the Management Information Systems Unit to ensure the smooth functioning of the Computer Network;
- Ensuring use of appropriate technology to deliver information and user friendly reports to staff and our customers;
- Ensuring the maintenance of computer hardware and software;
- Ensuring that the Web-site is developed and maintained;
- Participating in negotiations with the representative unions;
- Coordinating the development of the Strategic and Annual Corporate Plan;
- Analysing and reporting on economic issues having an influence on AID Bank activities and risk exposure;
- Conducting of ongoing economic and market research and analysis to inform the Bank strategic directions, investment, project financing activities and product development processes research and knowledge management.
