Power Supply

The Estates are supplied with 11kv, three phase current by the Utility Company. Power supply is reliable.

Water Supply

A constant water supply from the mains is available. All water supplied to the Estates have been tapped from various rivers around the island.

Telecommunications

Modern telecommunications systems exist on the island. This will put you in touch with the world.

Sewerage

So far all sewage has been disposed of through individual septic tank systems provided for each operation. However, the possibilities of constructing a sewerage treatment plant at Hertford Industrial Estate is being considered.
