Maintenance

The Industrial Estate Unit will look after the major maintenance of the Buildings. The Unit is also willing to assist tenants on other matters including minor technical assistance.

Operations

Currently, the Industrial Estate comprises eighteen (18) sheds, seventeen (17) are located at Canefield and one (1) at Picard Estate in Portsmouth.

The operations at the factory sheds include manufacturing of Garments, Plastic footwear, Candles, Beverages, Printing and Publishing, Tools rental, Internet Gaming, Data processing and Warehousing. A total of three hundred and ninety eight (398) persons are employed at the factory sheds.
