In the case of a mortgage loan, use the Loan Payment Calculator to see how much of a home you qualify for. AID Bank will allow you to takea monthly loan installment of up to 40% of your gross monthly income.

Even though you may not have credit problems, you do need some flexibility in your loan for such occurrences. Often times a Self-Employed person may have trouble proving their income. This is another good example of a borrower who needs the AID Bank.
